Federer VS Sampras

In the three exhibition matches held in ASIA there was great entertainment to the crowds. The first two matches have been won by Our Current World No.1 Roger Federer and in the third one the match went to the former No.1 Pete Sampras by his stunning performace.

India Wins the ODI series

After a wonderful and delightful performance by Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar India cruise through the vicotry over Pakistan with 21 balls remaining.. But again Sachin failed to complete his century. This is 6th miss by sachin so far this year.

India clinched the seires by 3-1 and there is one more official ODI will be played in Jaipur on 18th of Nov.

Nadal into the Semi-Finals

In the Tennis Masters Cup, Shanghai World No.2 Rafeal Nadal of Spain moved into semi-finals after defeating Novak Djokovic with a straight set win 6-4,6-4.

And in the other match Spaniard David Ferrer continued his form by beating Richard Gasquet also in Straight sets 6-1,6-1 cruising his way into the semi finals.

Recepies: Capsicum Curry

I have searches so many websites for simple capsicum curry.. but I was unable to find the simple one. So I prepared one and it was very tasty. I want to share with all.

Reciepe: Capsicum curry
Preparation time: 10 min

Required items:

1. Green Capsicums or Bell Peppers
2. Besan or Chickpea flour
3. Salt (to taste)
4. Red Chilli powder
5. Jeera or Cumin Seeds
6. Oil

Procedure:

1. In a pan take oil and after the oil is hated put the cut pieces of Capsicum.
2. Fry the capsicum until it is cooked.
3. Add jeera, salt, chilli powder and Besan and stirr well.
4. Keep the pan on low flame until the color of besan is changed a little.
5. Take off from the flame and decorate with grated corriander.

In the Tennis Masters Cup which is the last tournament of the year, being held in Shanghai has now an interesting turn in Red Group, which has the world Number 1 player Roger Federer of Switzerland. It seems that the american Andy Roddick is at the edge to qualify for next round but still there will be interesting encounter between Roger and Roddick.

That match will be very important for Roger to win with sets 2-0 so that he can go to next round past the chilian Fernando Gonzalez.

In the Gold Group it seems that Novak Djokovic is about to depart from the tournament as he lost 2 matches in a row.

"Karthika masam" is very special month for Hindus all over world.. but now-a-days the traditions are forgotten.. I hope there are so many people who want to know about this special month..

What we need to do this month:
1. Need to take bath twice a day and do some rituals apprising Lord Vishnu or Lord Shiva.(some believe that this month is for lord shiva only but from the "Karthika Purana" It said that this month is for both Lords Shiva and Vishnu.. )
2. Need to lit Diya(jyothi) morning and evening.
3.Evening need to do pooja of Tulasi(sacred tree).
4. Need to read 'Karthika Purana' one chapter per day.(you can find that in the link provided: karthika puranam)
